VSQC was started by our Group Head, Mr. G.S. Mathur, who has had more than 40 years of industry experience through various functions and positions. With a history of management consulting, he has audited several organizations for third party certifications and now strives hard to bring about change by providing training and consulting to various organizations in their Management system organization and also certifications.
With a keen eye for identification and deployment of shop floor-based improvements he has successfully delivered projects with profitable returns for organizations. Managing Director Mr. Varun Mathur has an excellent track record of creating, delivering and implementing various specialist training modules spread over a vast range of topics right from technical to soft skills.
He has played a role in development of various management system techniques and strategies to help organizations in improvements. With expertise in management system implementation and certification, he has driven several projects to success.

VARUN MATHUR
He is the Managing Director of the company, has done his master’s in industrial engineering from University of Central Florida, USA. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and TPM Trainer. He is also a Diamond Industry Trainer. He has expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 22301, 27001, IATF 16949 and TL 9000. With over 20 years of experience in various industries including consulting and EHS, he is an expert Trainer and Developer of Training Content and is the Principal Consultant for 400+ projects. He has conducted over 500 man-days of training for various topics and is on the board of several associations for business excellence.
GIRISH MATHUR
He is the Founder of VSQC. He is a Mechanical Engineer with over 45 years of experience in Automotive Industry at various levels. He has expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPS, Kaizen, TPM, ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949. He has been the Principal Consultant for over 200 + projects. Adding Value through Business Process restructuring and mapping & Shop Floor improvements. He is qualified lead auditor and conducts/ has conducted third party audits on behalf of various certification agencies such as UL India Certifications, TNO Certifications, Quality Austria Central Asia.
NAVELI MATHUR
She is the Operations Director of the company. She has done her master’s in human resource management. She has more than 16 years of experience in Recruitment, Training and taking care of administration of company. She has experience in spearheading various HR initiatives for the corporate world.
RAVI MATHUR
He is the VP Consulting. He has over 35 years of experience in providing consultancy services, business development for various turnkey projects. His expertise includes the identification of new verticals for the company, networking and business development.
VIVAAN MATHUR
He is the head of ICT Operations.
ARCHANA ROUT
She is a Senior Consultant who has carried out the implementation for various certification projects using ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949. She has excellent documentation, implementation, and auditing skills. She has expertise in ensuring system maintenance and reviews at organisations supporting continual improvement and sustainability.
